Using Jalan
Most transport features work without an account. Location access is optional and is used for nearby results. Notification permission is optional and is required only for features that deliver notifications.
Information looks delayed or unavailable
Arrival estimates and availability data depend on external source services. Check the update time shown in Jalan, refresh the screen, and confirm that your device has a working internet connection. Live data can be delayed or unavailable when a source service is delayed or unavailable.
Account and privacy
You can manage permissions, clear local data, opt in or out of usage analytics, and delete your account from Jalan settings. You can also use the public account deletion page.
